Dubbed the Excess Wear & Use (EWU) Protection Plan, the newly formulated package waives excess wear and use charges for Toyota Financial Services (TFS) lease customers. Under EWU, drivers need not fear heavy fees for the following misfortunes should they occur:- Interior cuts, burns or stains
- Broken or scratched windshield, window or mirrors
- Missing Toyota parts
- Damage to tires, rims or hubcaps
- Damaged bumpers, body dents, dings or scratches
In addition to covering these issues, the EWU plan also simplifies the claims process for consumers by eliminating claims forms, deductibles and reimbursements.
