Worst dealership I have ever come across. My husband and I had an appointment on Monday, we went in a closed on a deal. We paid full and our only request was that we pick it up on Friday and that no one tests drives it. The sales rep assured us that this is our car now and all we had to do was come and pick it up. DONT GO HERE!!!! They have classic “bait and switch” tactics.
Went with my wife to help get her mom get a car and turned into an absolute nightmare.
After negotiating on price and down payment, they snuck in a higher down payment in the contract even though she paid the agreed amount.
They called a week later and FORCED her to pay an extra 3 THOUSAND dollars OR ELSE they would stick her with a higher rate.

Received “certified” pre-owned vehicle with no gas and broken interior mechanisms. Manager was unwilling to help and I was unable to use the car for an intended camping trip. They are only looking to move cars, not work with the customer.
I had an unfortunate experience with leigh on 6/30/2022. I am a long-term loyal Toyota customer. I had my final service appointment scheduled that was bringing me to my 2-year mark. In January when I was in, leigh told me, and I quote, “ be sure to come in by the end of June for the free service under the warranty.” I did just that.

The worst experience I have ever dealt with. I simply went to purchase my car and was told that a safety check was required, but that they were charging me $3,000 to have it be done. I brought my car in for service the week prior and passed all inspections so this safety check was not needed. I received further confirmation on that when i went to the service center and they told me that this safety check was not required unless you were certifying the car as pre owned, which i was not. I called the dealership to confirm the price and they were very evasive, refusing to give me a quote on the phone. BUYERS BEWARE!. I do not recommend this place if you are NEW car buyers. I went for test driving few days back for an SUV. The price quoted by one of the sales quy was one of the most inflated , their excuse was COVID for the inflated price of the SUVs.

This is a followup to a previous review regarding “Road Paint Splatter”. I wish it was to say that my issue was handled as I hoped it would be and I was now a happy customer but that didn’t happen. Mr. Jefferson Palau was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient when he showed me and my wife the used cars that were available that suited our requirements. We ended up buying a Camry within one hour of our visit and drove it home soon after. We visited a few other Toyota dealerships in the area and were not satisfied with the service and the prices.

1 appt to get a quote that was never sent to me. 2nd appt to get work done & his computer is down. Emails me to schedule a 3rd appt to finally get the work done which will now take a week to complete for minor scratches on the car. Does not know how to value a Customer's time. This will be my 3rd Toyota from East Coast. First was a Scion for my Daughter, then a Corolla and now my latest Camry.
The lease trade in was easy and seamless, with Rafael as my sales man. He reassured me that no issues would arise from my trade, and he also took care of the slight damage on my 2017 Corolla.

I set up an appointment for a recall for the airbag module for the curtain wall airbags on my 2004 Land Cruiser. Dropped off the car in the morning and let them know I would need it to commute back home in the evening. At the end of the day I was told that the vehicle was not ready! I dread buying a car because of the back and forth. I never feel like I am getting a good deal. Eddy at East Coast cut out all of the bargaining and presented me with a straight offer. It made the whole process far less stressful. I am very happy with my purchase and their customer service.

I had a rough year (several family members lost, including my dad, made worse by getting side swiped by a person whose license had been suspended and was arrested at the scene). If you are going to purchase a used car from this dealership, do yourself a favor and do not buy. They will not make the necessary repairs needed for the vehicle. Purchased a car less then 2 months ago and when I tried bringing in the car to have the front end wheel repaired they would not honor it. They wouldn't even program the key fob. I don't recommend this dealer, I went with my sister to help her with a Corolla lease. I just wanted to be a cosigner since my sister didn't have enough credit. The service was really nice, effortless, and very transparent explanations from the workers. I was able to fully understand everytilhing and never felt like anything was shady in any type of way.
