What To Expect During Your Touch Free Service

 

Start by scheduling your service online from home or on your mobile device. Visit eastcoasttoyota.com/service/schedule-service/ and select the service you wish to schedule.

When you arrive for your appointment, simply drive your car into our service bay. Here you will be greeted by a friendly member of our staff. All staff members will be wearing gloves for your safety. Upon arrival, you will leave your keys in your vehicle. Our team will then provide you with a fully sanitized courtesy vehicle so you can be on your way, contact free.

Meanwhile, back at our service center, your vehicle will be fully wiped down and protective covers will be placed on seats and contact surfaces by our technicians before and after your service is complete.

All our dealership touch points and service areas are disinfected using a CDC approved, EPA approved virucide and antimicrobial solution. It’s just another way East Coast Toyota is keeping your safety top of mind.
