Scheduled my 10k mile/12month service checkup online and they had several time/date openings. Easy location to drive, only 15 minutes from my home. Pulled into the bay, met with a diagnostic specialist, went into waiting room and did some work and the car was ready in about an hour. They also send you a video of some of the checks (fluids, brake pads, tire wear). Highly recommend for any servicing. Especially since location is just for servicing and not an actual dealership location.

I worked with Damian and the East coast Toyota team to trade in my 2019 Prius for a new Rav4. the team was respectful, polite and pleasant during the whole process. They even made the process fun at times (even when the process started to drag a little). We enjoyed our time there, but I probably wouldn't go back on a Saturday if I had to do it all over. We love our new car, and we're grateful for Damian and everyone at the dealership!

Initially I came to the dealership for the end of my lease extremely anxious due to some misunderstandings I had of my previous deal. I was assigned to the dealer Yousef who made it his number one priority to help me out. Not only did he get me the car I wanted but also within a payment range I was comfortable with. Yousef was so personable and really went to bat for me! I was also only there about 2.5 hours which is unheard of in all of my years I've spent in and out of dealerships. Highly recommend visiting Yousef if you come to East Coast Toyota. I swapped out my 2022 Toyota Camry for a 2025 Rav 4 and I love it!
