My very knowledgeable, patient and honest salesman Ronald made my whole buying experience smooth, effortless, and quick. This is the second time I come to East Coast Toyota for my lease only because of his great customer service!! I was a little worried and scared because I didnt know exactly what I was going to do. I had my mind set that I was not going for another car. As soon as I met up with him he provided me with options. Thank you Ron for always accommodating and being attentive to my concerns! I will always come to East Coast Toyota as long as I get treated with the upmost respect that Ron provides me with! Thank you again Ron!!

East Coast Toyota was excellent to deal with. Raffi and Anthony were helpful during our shopping process of replacing our min-van that had gotten totaled a few weeks ago (we were rear-ended by another driver and in need of a vehicle ASAP for my wife to drive). Unlike another dealership I had helped my mom buy from recently, I was pleasantly surprised to get a refund check in the mail for an overage in the Motor Vehicle fees - the other dealer charged the same amount but apparently kept any overage to themselves as profit. I would buy from East Coast again and highly recommend them.

Buying a car, specially a used car can be a real pain. I walked through the doors ready for battle since I have a lot of experience purchasing vehicles. To my surprise I was assisted by July Ponte who helped make the whole process go pretty smoothly.I used common tools available such as carfax, VIN lookup, etc., and started the negotiation based on real $ price, not MSRP posted on the window. After going back and forth a few times I decided to make the purchase. The dealership delivered on promised second set of keys and was very patient since I financed through my credit union. Did not force me to run my credit report after I notified them I wanted to purchase through my bank and all I needed was a purchase order. In summary, it was a great experience. I truly recommend you seek July Ponte if you are shopping for either a new or used car. She was very familiar with the vehicle and was very accommodating to my needs.Just a word of advice, never purchase a car by negotiating monthly payments. You are only screwing up yourself and then blaming the dealership for making extra money of you. Negotiate on total vehicle sale price, know your numbers... How much are you getting for your trade in? What is the sale price before taxes? Understand that you pay sales taxes on full amount if you don't have a trade in, or on the difference of total sale minus trade in if you are trading in, etc. Use common tools like car loan calculators, VIN lookup, car fax so you know the real market price before you walk through the doors. Get a pre-approved loan up to certain amount from your bank or credit union. Don't let a dealership or worse several dealership run your credit with several banks which will lower your credit score. Always be ready to walk out if you don't agree or don't feel comfortable with a price or negotiation process. That being said, the dealership was very professional in the negotiating process and respected the fact that I came prepared with realistic numbers. I gave the finance guy the opportunity to pitch the extended warranty, but didn't insist once I said "hard pass".I totally recommend it, specially July Ponte and always be ready to walk out if you don't like or feel comfortable with anything.

After years of hearing how now Brian from Toyota was I decided to ask my parents for his number. Glad I did! He took all my information over the phone and I scanned all the documents he requested and emailed it to him. Then Saturday came took the car for a test drive and where do I sign. There were no surprises when it came to sign the documents. Brian asked what my budget was and what my lifestyle was. I now understand why my parents have been faithful clients of his all these years. I will continue my parents tradition and consult Brian and refer anyone I know looking to purchase a Toyota!
